how to keep it, why it matters
Jennifer Robin, coauthor of the recently published book by the same title, will share her extensive research into the best practices of the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work for in America. A sought after speaker and workshop facilitator, Jennifer is a faculty member in the Foster College of Business at Bradley University and is a Research Fellow and Adjunct Consultant with Great Place to Work (R) US.
Jennifer Robin will be joined by Erin Moran, Senior Vice President, Great Place to Work (R) US. Erin Moran has been with Great Place to Work (R) since 2004; her extensive knowledge of the Best Companies has enabled her to partner with clients to strengthen their company culture and improve their business results.
As part of the program, Shawn Boyer, Founder and CEO of Snagajob, will join the discussion of what it means to be a great place to work and what is the bottom-line business value of creating a great workplace.
