Shawn Boyer Chairman and CEO, SnagAJob.com, Inc.
Shawn Boyer founded SnagAJob in 1999, and since then, he has taken the company from being a start-up to the nation's largest part-time and hourly job-posting site. Prior to starting SnagAJob, Shawn was actually a transactional attorney for Brown & Wood LLP (now Sidley Austin, LLP) and Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, LLP. He holds a Master of Law in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee University, and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary.
Dave Bosher CFO, SnagAJob.com, Inc.
Dave Bosher came to SnagAJob.com in August 2006. Before joining the company, he was the CFO of Payerpath, Inc., the leading processor of Internet-based healthcare claims in the United States. Prior to Payerpath, Dave served as Senior VP and CFO of Cadmus Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: CDMS), a leading content management and graphic communications company with annual revenues of $450 million. At Cadmus, he played a key role in multiple strategic acquisitions, leading the financing of the acquisition of two of the company's largest competitors. Earlier in his career, Dave was an equity research analyst with Davenport & Company, and he was also Director of Accounting for A. H. Robins Company, Inc., an international Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company.
Dave holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and an MBA from the University of Richmond, and he's also a CPA.
Jeffrey Diehl Partner, Adams Street Partners
Jeffrey Diehl is a partner with Adams Street Partners, one of the largest and longest-running managers of private equity in the world. In this capacity, Diehl focuses on investments in data center infrastructure, IT-enabled services and enterprise software, and has been involved with investments in Harris Interactive, SPS Commerce, comScore Networks, Knightsbridge Solutions, Gevity HR and Net Continuum.
Before joining Adams Street Partners, Diehl served as a principal for The Parthenon Group, a Boston-based strategy consulting and principal investing firm with Bain Consulting roots. At Parthenon, he led strategy consulting case teams for small and mid-cap clients in a range of industries, including business and consumer services, software, communications and networking, and financial services. In addition, Diehl executed due-diligence assignments and advised portfolio companies for Parthenon Capital.
Diehl earned an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree from Cornell University.
William Filip Partner, Baird Venture Partners
Bill Filip is a partner with Baird Venture Partners and directs BVP's activities within the business services sector. Bill's focus areas include outsourced services, financial services and information services. Prior to joining Baird Venture Partners in 2000, he was a vice president in Baird's Investment Banking Group, where he participated in a variety of equity offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Baird in 1995, Bill spent five years with LaSalle Partners, where he worked in various investment capacities assisting institutions to invest in the real estate sector. Bill is a member of the board of directors of Austin Logistics Incorporated, Payroll Associates, Inc., Pinstripe, Inc., Salis, Inc., and SnagAJob.com, Inc. Bill also sits on the industry advisory board for Finance & Accounting Today magazine and the Wisconsin Technology Council. In December of 2005, Bill was named by HRO Today magazine as an industry All-Star for his strong investment activity in the sector. Bill also serves on the advisory board of the Wisconsin Technology Council.
He received a BBA from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with majors in finance and strategic management. Bill has an office in Wayne, Pennsylvania, where he resides, and at Baird Venture Partners' Chicago office.
