"The most fun in the world;" that's how Amanda Richardson, Senior Vice President of Product and Marketing, describes working at Snagajob.
Equal parts fun and hard work, that's the philosophy behind Amanda's success, and this SVP definitely has a crystal clear vision of the department's future. She wants a team that is focused on its respective audiences; who consistently thinks about how we're communicating with them, and maintains a lucid understanding of the problems we're trying to solve and how to solve those problems. That's one tall order, but she's supremely confident in the passionate, motivated, all-star team she leads. According to Amanda it's that team that makes her job so awesome - that and tackling the diverse array of interesting and solvable-problems ahead of the product and marketing teams.
When she's not solving the problems of workers and workplaces, Amanda and her husband Randall are trying to solve another problem: the mischievous adventures of their Wheaton Terrier, Finnegan. It's a full-time job to wrangle his canine shenanigans, but she also enjoys jet setting around the world and outpacing Randall on their annual ski trip. An avid foodie, her favorite restaurants change based on her mood, but she's always game for Kuba Kuba's Sunday brunch.
