“Market and customer insights are the building blocks of any great marketing effort,” says Jason Hamilton, Head of Marketing at Snagajob.
“To be successful, we must deeply understand who our customers are, what they're struggling with, how we can potentially help and how they want to be helped. And, as we engage with our customers, one size can't fit all. We have to embrace the opportunities that today's world presents for us to have relevant conversations with customers on their own terms.”
Jason started as the Director of Business Development after coming to Snagajob from a strategy consulting firm. He then became the Director of Product Marketing before stepping up to lead all of Snagajob's marketing efforts. Jason wants a team that is curious, humble, intelligent, positive and proactive. “I'm excited about all of the opportunities we have to grow and create social impact,” says Jason. “We have the ability to help unemployed people get hired and underemployed workers find a better job while shining a light on all the opportunities people have to grow their careers. We have the opportunity to help small and medium sized businesses find their next superstar workers that will drive growth and prosperity. Every day, we impact lives and that is extremely motivating for me.” When he's not maximizing on opportunities, Jason spends his time losing the gender wars to his wife, two daughters and dog, listening to his extensive vinyl record collection and making cameo appearances in Bollywood films.
