He wants an enthusiastic team who puts others' interests ahead of their own; a team that takes pride in its work and with the humility, compassion and empathy that is needed to exceed customers' expectations. When he's not maximizing a customer-centric environment at Snagajob, Jim is coaching his kids' sports teams, supporting the National Kidney Foundation and landscaping his yard like he's on HGTV.
