Hailing from Sweden, Thomas is harnessing his Viking heritage to lead Snagajob's Product and Engineering teams' pioneering efforts. “The hallmarks of a great Product and Engineering team are a focus on creating great, high-quality products that deliver tons of customer value; innovation and creativity made manifest in an excellent product architecture; teamwork and a sense of fun.” He is looking for team members with “a desire to constantly learn and improve, curiosity about our customers and what makes them successful, a take-initiative approach with a great work ethic and a sense of humor.” When he's not improving and creating products for Snagajob, Thomas can be found sailing, skiing, bicycling or anything else in the great outdoors with his wife, four children and two dogs.
