Jim Monroe serves as Snagajob's senior vice president of Operations. Monroe is responsible for
internal and external operations functions, including human resources, technical operations, internal
business process operations, customer retention, consulting services and customer support. Monroe
aligns Snagajob’s resources effectively, ensuring tight coordination across customers, products,
services, solutions and architectures. Under Monroe's leadership, Snagajob maintains industry
leading customer satisfaction ratings and exceptional retention rates, while operating a highly
efficient and effective business model. Monroe has over 15 years of experience in management and
sales of consulting services and technology implementations for global enterprise systems.
From 2008 to 2012, Monroe served as the vice president of Consulting for Saba Software, a global
leader in next-generation cloud solutions for talent management. At Saba, Monroe was responsible
for more than 150 enterprise customers in various industries ranging from technology (IBM, EMC), to
consulting (KPMG, Deloitte), to retail (Home Depot, YUM! Brands) and financial services
(The Hartford, eTrade). Prior to Saba, Monroe was at Plateau Systems (now part of SuccessFactors/SAP),
an industry-leading company in human capital management software, where he was senior director of
Monroe earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond and his MBA from The George
Washington University. His first hourly job was as a grounds maintenance worker.
