SunTrust Teller Coordinator
In addition to completing complex Teller transactions, performs functions such a scheduling Teller line team, provides input into performance reviews and may participate in conducting reviews with Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager. May participate in the selection/hiring process of Tellers. Completes operational functions such as approving transactions, cash control, branch security, internal control. Demonstrates competency with all Teller application transactions and process Teller operations. Identifies sales referral opportunities and makes appropriate referrals. Ensures that all Tellers are aware of, and participating in, achievement of service and sales goals. Responsible for coaching and development of Tellers, and Operations of Teller line. Advanced Teller and Basic Sales and Service skill set. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies. Responsible for ensuring that all business transactions and practices in the individual's span of control comply with all regulations and the SunTrust Code of Conduct. Pursue on-going education of SunTrust products, services, and other lines of business.
Basic Qualifications: Three years experience at a comparable financial institution, or more than three years retail service and sales with supervisory experience. Knowledge of risk management and loss prevention. Must have cash handling or payment transactions and client facing experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Similar head teller role at a comparable financial institution Ability to uncover referral opportunities and provide strong leadership.

SunTrust Lead Teller
Provide courteous and professional teller service to clients. Complete complex Teller transactions and demonstrates competency with all Teller application transactions and processing Teller operations. Completes operational functions such as approving transactions, cash control, security and internal control. Identifies sales referral opportunities and makes appropriate referrals. Advanced Teller and Basic Sales and Service skill set. Responsible for leadership on the teller line and responsible for teller line workflow, cash management and controls, the vault, and assisting other tellers with accuracy in cash handling and balancing. Utilizes tools and skills to coach others on defined procedures for bank operations and client service skills resulting in Exceptional Client and Exceptional Branch Experiences. Completes and assists Branch Sales Staff with basic sales and service maintenance activities. Contributes to the onboarding of new Tellers. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, loss prevention and risk management policies. Responsible for ensuring that all business transactions and practices in the individual's span of control comply with all regulations and the SunTrust Code of Conduct. Pursue on-going education of SunTrust products, services, and other lines of business.
Basic Qualifications: Two years comparable experience at a comparable financial institution or two years extensive retail service and sales experience. In-depth knowledge of risk management and loss prevention and demonstrated strong operational skills. Must have cash handling or payment transactions and client facing experience.

SunTrust Financial Services Rep
Provides superior customer service through listening to customers, anticipating their needs, and recommending financial services. Opens new accounts, takes loan applications, and refers customers to specialized bankers, such as Business Bankers and Mortgage Originators, to ensure the needs of the customer are met. Educates customers on automated service options available including ATMs, Internet Banking, etc. Supports the goals of the branch through effective teamwork. As indicated by level, may assist with routine Teller transactions on an on-going bases, may train new employees, may assist Branch Manager, etc. Pursues on-going education of SunTrust products, services, and other lines of business. Fully proficient in the sales and service of personal and business retail products; comfortable with consumer lending and application process. Perform more complex service and branch functions such as wire transfer agreements and set-up, Notary, etc. May assist the Teller in transaction processing. May include responsibility for relationship expansion of specific accounts.
