When you're famous, you have to be fit. Unlike most of us gym rats (or couch potatoes), celebrities have tough trainers and personal chefs to help them keep on track. But celebs have a few fitness secrets that anyone can use, as well as some advice for loving the skin you're in.

“Whatever your program is, the key is to push yourself to a level where you're hurting. You can't gain conditioning without going through it. You're going to have to feel some pain, you're going to have to feel like your lungs are burning, and you know, you want to spit up blood, that sort of thing.” – Kobe Bryant
“I feel like I've set the example for loving your body no matter what size it is, but I also can set the example for being healthy as well. But, it is about being really healthy.” – Queen Latifah

“I've been in the gym for like 15 years now, and I'm just not motivated by it anymore. So I do a lot of outside sports. On my Christmas vacation, I did a lot of cross-country skiing, and I like to hike. I usually do my yoga at home in the evenings for about an hour.” – Jada Pinkett Smith
“I've done the training; I've gone through the motions and done the endless sets of curls, leg extensions, etc on my own. That doesn't work like whole body, circuit training.” – LL Cool J
