Sales: defined

Mary Brooks The Sales team consists of two market-driven teams. Our Major Account Executives partner with companies that employ fewer than 2,500 employees, and our National Account Executives partner with everyone else. Sure, we do your typical sales stuff….we purify our accounts, prospect and cold call. Where we're different is that we're not just selling – we truly partner with each and every one of our clients. We take the time to understand their challenges and then develop a customized recruitment solution that fits their needs.

It's great knowing that what we're doing directly helps people. There is nothing more rewarding than reading an email from a job seeker saying he or she got a job with your client!

I'm not going to lie – it's HARD WORK. But we have a lot of fun while doing it.  It's not surprising to see four people crammed in an office strategizing about an account or a hallway wall covered in brainstorming Post-Its.  At the same time, it's also not surprising to see our CEO pushing an Account Executive around on a cart after a big win. Yes, that really does happen.

We've got some great things planned for this year and beyond and we need to expand our team with fun, hardworking and passionate people.  If this sounds like you, let us know! Mary Brooks National Account Executive
