We're building the SnagAJob.com brand and driving qualified traffic to our website with TV and radio commercials, banner ads and affiliate partnerships, just to name a few initiatives. We support the efforts of the Sales team with targeted sales collateral and unique direct mail pieces. And we're always looking for fun and exciting new ways to let people know how SnagAJob.com can help them either find the right job or find the right employee.
The Marketing team is an energetic crew and our days are busy. We celebrate our accomplishments with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries, and we learn from our mistakes (or "tests," as we like to call them). Yes, we test everything, so even though we pride ourselves on our creativity, we are also very analytical and build gazillions of spreadsheets.
We are thoughtful in our approach, but quick to move and get the job done. We set realistic goals for the team that align with the overall SnagAJob.com goals. And we support one another because we actually like to work together. We are passionate about what we do and try to have fun doing it every day.
With all the exciting marketing initiatives we have underway and the many other we've yet to dream up, we need to expand our team with fun, creative and hardworking people. If this sounds like you, let us know. Heather Harvey Director of Interactive Marketing

Client Services: defined
Our department is where the rubber meets the road – so to speak. You listen to clients describe their hiring needs, their ideal employees, their obstacles and how they recruit new talent. We take their needs and mold that into a program that allows them to hire qualified job seekers. Every client is different, but one thing remains the same: They need qualified candidates so that they can run their business.
The Client Services team is a funky fun bunch! From professional body builders, to Mister Potato Head lovers, we work hard to implement a successful hiring campaign for our clients. We are people who think outside the box, but we're still organized.
Imagine coming into work each and every day and totally enjoying what you do, knowing that you make a difference in people's lives. I know this is what I enjoy most about my job. Some of the time it doesn't even feel like work - did I just say that? You know that in the end you are the one who makes the difference. You help put people to work.
At SnagAJob.com, you have no choice but to become passionate about what you do. Annette Kennett Customer Relations Manager

Product: defined
The Product team is the creative powerhouse of SnagAJob.com. Communication is great between team members, and is rarely done with “indoor voices.” We're always thinking of ways to improve our products and how to enhance our users' experience. We love looking for inspiration and new ideas, and are always searching for the best way to make our products the best they can be.
Ideas are born here. The Product team takes the lead in planning, researching, designing and implementing new features for our projects… not to mention celebrating their success! We study our users through metrics and observation to determine how every aspect of SnagAJob.com is being used, and how every pixel of space can affect the overall experience. We also assist other teams within SnagAJob.com to brainstorm fresh ideas for fun projects like viral marketing campaigns, advertisements and even designing t-shirts for the entire company.
The synergy between Product Managers and Web Designers creates a fun and professional atmosphere, both inside office walls and outside. Team lunches are always a blast, and someone on the Product team always has an entertaining story to tell. We have so many ideas, but we always want more! If you're ready to jump in and start thinking, we're ready for you! Aaron Kuzemchak Web Developer

Sales: defined
The Sales team consists of two market-driven teams. Our Major Account Executives partner with companies that employ fewer than 2,500 employees, and our National Account Executives partner with everyone else. Sure, we do your typical sales stuff….we purify our accounts, prospect and cold call. Where we're different is that we're not just selling – we truly partner with each and every one of our clients. We take the time to understand their challenges and then develop a customized recruitment solution that fits their needs.
It's great knowing that what we're doing directly helps people. There is nothing more rewarding than reading an email from a job seeker saying he or she got a job with your client!
I'm not going to lie – it's HARD WORK. But we have a lot of fun while doing it. It's not surprising to see four people crammed in an office strategizing about an account or a hallway wall covered in brainstorming Post-Its. At the same time, it's also not surprising to see our CEO pushing an Account Executive around on a cart after a big win. Yes, that really does happen.
We've got some great things planned for this year and beyond and we need to expand our team with fun, hardworking and passionate people. If this sounds like you, let us know! Mary Brooks National Account Executive
