The Fazoli's® concept was created in 1988 by Jerrico, Inc, a multi-brand restaurant group based in Lexington, KY, and then parent company of Long John Silver's® restaurants. Two years and five founding restaurants later, the original Italian Fast Food concept was sold to Seed Restaurant Group, Inc., also based in Lexington.
Seed continued to evolve the concept, introducing our line of premium oven-baked Submarinos® sandwiches and signature unlimited breadsticks, served piping hot and fresh in our dining rooms.
In 2006, Fazoli's welcomed new ownership and, since its inception, has grown from a handful of restaurants to over 250 company-owned and franchised Fazoli's Restaurants spanning 30 states. From Florida to California, and Wisconsin to Texas, Fazoli's is serving "Fast. Fresh. Italian." at affordable prices for your entire family.
