Our locations are fast-paced and we expect our team members to work hard at giving excellent customer service and keep the stores clean and in stock. We require our team members to work flexible schedules so that we can maintain these store hours. At a minimum, we require our team members to be on time, adhere to our dress code, provide excellent customer service, and to have an overall good work ethic. As part of our employment process, we will require an employment assessment and an interview that should take approximately one hour.
For Assistant Manager Trainee and Facility Manager Trainee candidates, we require a criminal background and credit check. Additionally, for Facility Manager Trainee candidates only, we also require a drug screen. Please be advised that prescription drug use and a criminal conviction will not necessarily bar you from employment. Most of our locations are open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, including holidays.
