The inside scoop on our customer service

At SnagAJob.com, we know that our employers appreciate excellent customer service in all aspects of business, which is why we pride ourselves on our attentiveness to every client’s needs.

To give you an insider’s look at how we take care of our employers, we decided to ask one of our Client Relations Managers some questions regarding SnagAJob.com’s unique customer service approach:

  1. Describe the relationship you have with your clients. Are you in close contact with the employers?

    We keep in very close contact with all of our clients. We like to keep employers updated on everything that’s going on here at SnagAJob.com by sending out frequent reports, calling them on a monthly basis to check in and emailing them just to make sure everything is running smoothly on their end.

     
  2. What makes SnagAJob.com’s customer service approach different than your competitors’?

    SnagAJob.com has a very hands-on customer service model. We handle all aspects of the account setup process, and work closely with the client to put together a company profile and job descriptions that maintain their brand identity. We also work very hard at being proactive verses reactive, and we accomplish this by having regularly scheduled check-ins with our clients to get an update on the status of their accounts.

     
  3. If an employer has questions about a job posting, or any of SnagAJob.com’s services, what steps would you take in addressing them?

    If an employer has any questions at all, we are just a phone call or an email away. We actively listen to the client’s needs or concerns, and then explain all of their options. We also use metrics to monitor job posting traffic, which allows us to suggest the right adjustments for their account. The goal is always to get accurate information to the client with a healthy sense of urgency so that they can make the best decision that will move the company toward success.
