 Job seekers are looking for the green
Green is in. More people are making the move to greener cars, buying eco-friendly products, and supporting sustainable businesses. In the 2008 Adecco USA Workplace Insight survey, 36 percent of Americans reported that they would be more inclined to work for "green" companies.

4. Shut it down.
