(And probably from an iPhone, according to a study). Yep. Me, too.
When he gave Stanford University’s commencement address on June 12, 2005, Jobs said, “the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.” That speech was played widely in the week following his passing, and it was a painfully effective reminder that by helping employers put hourly workers into right-fit positions, where they are apt to enjoy what they do, we’re making a real difference for people. But I was able to take away something new this time:
Learning what’s most important happens in tandem with living life to the fullest.
Seize any opportunity to take it to the next level, because that’s where fulfillment lies. Employers have the opportunity to touch so many lives, and participating in Hire Minds to learn more about better ways to hire and build wonderful workplaces is what you call taking it to the next level; for your business, yourself and your employees.
