Official Contest Rules

No purchase necessary. To be eligible for the SnagAJob.com Summer Giveaway (“Contest”), entrants must complete the online entry form. All entries must be received by midnight January 1, 2009. This contest is not a sweepstakes. From the submissions, two finalists will be chosen from all eligible entries based on video uniqueness, and then site visitors will have the ability to vote for the winner from the two finalists. Winning video entry will be chosen based on the highest number of votes received. The winner will be given $1,000USD.

Contest Entity:

SnagAJob.com, Inc. 4880 Cox Rd. Glen Allen, VA 23060 (“Sponsor”)

Eligibility requirements:

• Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Sponsor, and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or “step” of each) and those living in the same households of each (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Contest) are not eligible to participate.
• Contest open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are the age of the majority (19 and older in Alabama and Nebraska, 18 in all other states) and located in the United States at the time of entry.

To enter:

Create an original video that explains why entrant thinks they deserve a vacation, $1,000USD prize value (“Entry”). The Entry must not exceed a maximum of two (2) minutes in length. There are two steps to enter a video in the Contest. First, upload your video on www.youtube.com or a similar video sharing website, using a personal account that already exists or is created for this Contest. If entrant is not a registered member of a video sharing website, entrant will need to register for a free account before entering a video in the contest. Entries must comply with the Second, complete the entry form provided on the Sponsor website which includes entrant’s full name, phone number, email address, agreement of age, and link to Contest video, and submit. Once entrant submits video into the Contest, Sponsor will review the video to approve that video content is appropriate. Once video has been viewed, entrant will be contacted by Sponsor with contest entry approval decision.

All Entries will be reviewed for content eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before being judged. Entries containing prohibited or inappropriate content as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate may be disqualified. Sponsor makes the final determination as to what Entries are eligible to take part in this Contest. YouTube is not a sponsor of Contest and has no responsibility or liability regarding the conduct or administration of the Contest. Submission of an Entry grants Sponsor and its agents the unconditional, irrevocable, worldwide right to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify such Entry in any way, in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration to the entrant, whether or not such submission is selected as a winning Entry. BY SUBMITTING THE ORIGINAL VIDEO, THE ENTRANT REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT HE/SHE HAS ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST NECESSARY TO GRANT THE SPONSOR THE WORLDWIDE, IRREVOCABLE AND UNRESTRICTED RIGHT AND LICENSE TO ADAPT, PUBLISH, USE, EDIT, AND/OR MODIFY SUCH ENTRY IN ANY WAY AND POST THE ORIGINAL VIDEO ON THE INTERNET OR USE THE ORIGINAL VIDEO IN ANY OTHER WAY AND AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD SPONSOR HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS TO THE CONTRARY.

Entry Requirements:

• You may enter the Contest between 06:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 3, 2008 and 11:59:59 pm ET on December 31, 2008.
• All entries must be submitted through the online entry form provided on the contest page on the Sponsor web site, and become the property of Sponsor once submitted.
• No entries will be accepted if they are emailed, faxed, or sent through U.S. Mail.
• Please do not call Sponsor to inquire about the status of your entry.
• One (1) entry allowed per person. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant for entering more than once.

Entrant Requirements:

• Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Entrants must provide valid and up-to-date contact information.
• Entrants give their consent to be filmed and part of their submitted video.
• Entrant understands that once they submit their video, they assign all video rights to SnagAJob.com.

Winner selection:

Phase 1: From November 3, 2008 to December 31, 2008, all eligible Entries will be reviewed by the Contest Administrator. The Administrator will evaluate each eligible Entry equally based on the following judging criteria:

• Entertainment Value
• Originality/Creativity
• Keeping with the Contest theme

By January 5, 2009, Administrator will select two (2) Entries (“Finalist Entries”) from all videos submitted during Contest. All decisions of Administrator are final and binding.

Phase 2: From January 5, 2009 through January 16, 2009 (the “Voting Period”), both Finalist Entries will be posted for public voting on the Sponsor’s Web Site Contest page. Each day during the Voting Period Sponsor site users may vote for their favorite Entry a maximum of once per video, per day (“Voters”). Voters do not have to be registered SnagAJob.com members. Voters will be encouraged to use the Judging Criteria from Phase 2 to evaluate Videos. Subsequent votes in excess of stated maximum per voting day by a single Voter may be disqualified. At the conclusion of the Voting Period the votes will be tabulated. The top ranked Finalist Entry will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner, subject to further evaluation and final approval by Sponsor. In the event of a tie, all tied entries will be re-judged by an additional judge selected by Sponsor, who, using the judging criteria will break the tie. The Judges' decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. The Grand Prize Winner will be announced on the Sponsor website on or about January 17, 2009. Designation as a Semifinalist Entry, Finalist Entry and/or a prize winner is subject to proof of compliance with Official Rules, maintaining compliance with these Official Rules, and approval by Sponsor and Administrator.

The Grand Prize Winner will be personally notified on or around January 17, 2009.

Contest Deadline

Deadline for all entries is 11:59:59 pm ET on December 31, 2008.

Prizes/Publication

• The Grand Prize Winner will receive a check in the amount of $1,000USD.
• The Winners could possibly be publicized on the Sponsor Web site, as well as in various media publications.
