Occasional Babysitterr

I am looking for an occasional babysitter. Probably ranging from 4 to 6 hours a night probably once or twice a week. I have 3 kids would like someone to watch them in my hosue and be able to drive as a few nights it might be kind of late. I would like referrals please and also a meet and greet before hand.
