Service Technician 2
The Carry-In Service Technician II will provide timely and quality diagnosis and repair of customer's products while maintaining high customer service. This position is responsible for the diagnosis and repair of one or more of the following specialties:
Two-cycle, four-cycle, gas artisan, mechanical/electrical artisan and other miscellaneous equipment (i.e. pressure washers, generators, etc).
Qualifications:
Experience/Education/Certification Requirements:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Certification and /or licenses as required
Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Experience and aptitude with computers and databases
