Our hours of operation are:
Monday – Friday: 9am - 7pm
Saturday:  9am - 5pm
Sundays: Closed

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Processes loans and extensions while maintaining loan files accurately.
• Files adverse action notices.
• Posts return item payments and Reconciles ACH Paid In Full loans.
• Contacts customers to generate new and repeat business.
• Maintains and displays Point of Sale (POS) material and ensures sufficient stock of supplies.
• Facilitates communication between the collection department and customers to solve problems.
