With more than 800 stores nationwide, we are always searching for friendly, energetic people to join our existing in-store Hourly and Executive teams, and to help us continue our growth and open new Kohl's stores.

Think Opportunity!

We are currently hiring for Sales Floor Associates.

You will greet customers and offer assistance as needed. You will assist in store recovery & executing merchandising/operational functions to company standards and guidelines. Will be a backup cashier as needed.

 


Preferred Qualifications:

·         Prior experience in sales, customer service and other areas interacting with the public.

·         Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and good verbal and written communication skills.

·         Comfortable walking or standing during entire shift.

·         Able to lift 35 pounds on a frequent basis.

·         Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends.
