Shift Leader Role: 
• Leading & motivating a team to carry out daily tasks to effectively run a business 
• Training new employees, assisting in their growth and evaluating their progress. 
• Assisting Management team in setting and obtaining goals for restaurant including, financial, labor, food and paper costs, sales building through service and quality product. 
• Overseeing store openings and closing responsibilities including, but not limited to daily inventory, cash controls and making sure the store meets cleanliness standards. 
• Setting an example for your team by being assertive, punctual, completing your responsibilities and demonstrating follow through skills and meeting set goals.

Job Knowledge Requirements: 
-Previous experience in related industries is a plus, but not required. 
-Completion of our paid management training class is a requirement.
