Full Time Customer Service Representative
Our Full Time CSR position is where Complete Customer Satisfaction begins. Everyday our CSRs have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the daily grind of our customers' lives. We require that our #1 priority be ensuring that each and every customer receives your complete attention and a fantastic shopping experience.
We require that every CSR:
- Provide customers with fast, friendly and courteous service always with a smile
- Assist customers with any difficulties they may be having while at our locations
- Promote teamwork within their store
- Be dedicated to providing customers with clean, fresh, and fully stocked stores
- Adhere to age restricted sale policies by requiring verification of identification
- Properly ring all sale transactions and accept payment in a timely manner
- Position requires many hours of standing, bending, reaching and some lifting of up to 25 lbs.
- Retail and/or Fast Food experience a plus
