Job Description
Relief Managers are responsible for serving our customers in a fast, friendly and accurate manner as well as ensuring cashiers are staying productive, customers are being served efficiently, and standards of professionalism are met. Must be able to properly resolve customer service problems. Relief manager will handle breaks and lunches in accordance with the flow of business, make sure policies and procedures are being followed.
As a Relief Manager, you will need to meet the following requirements:
Must be knowledgeable about POS system and transactions and be able to resolve errors efficiently. Must be able to lift 75 lbs, climb a ladder, and enter a freezer at 30 degrees for 30 minutes at a time. All employees must complete a background check and hair follicle drug testing, except where prohibited by state law.
