Job Description
QSR Employees will anticipate and accommodate guests’ needs by maintaining a complete knowledge of all Quick Service items and preparing those items to Flying J’s specifications. Must maintain personal hygiene as well as a clean and sanitized work area. Must follow regular cleaning and maintenance schedule, stock storerooms, walk-in coolers and freezers, perform cleaning procedures such as sweeping, mopping, washing ceilings, scrubbing grills and trains new employees.
As a QSR Employee, you will need to meet the following additional requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, be around extreme temperatures; hot equipment and walk-in coolers and freezers. All employees must complete a background check and hair follicle drug testing, except where prohibited by state law.
