Job Description
The Restaurant Relief Manager will help meet restaurant service and financial goals by demonstrating and reinforcing existing systems, standards and policies throughout their shift. The Relief Manager may be called to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.
As a Restaurant Relief Manager, you will need to meet the following requirements:
Must be able to resolve guest problems, have a high school diploma, and be able to effectively read and write English. Must have previous experience as a server or cook. Relief Manager must be 21 years of age or older to sell or oversee the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. All employees must complete a background check and hair follicle drug testing, except where prohibited by state law.
