Job Description
The Utility Employee will demonstrate a complete knowledge of proper procedures for cleaning, sanitizing and restocking of restaurant dishes and utensils. Will clean, operate, and maintain restaurant equipment and areas according to Flying J’s specifications.
As a Utility Employee, you will need to meet the following requirements:
High School Diploma required, or one month of related experience. Must be able to understand and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals. Food Handler’s Permit required where applicable. All employees must complete a background check and hair follicle drug testing, except where prohibited by state law.
