We are currently hiring for Bus Person.

Job Purpose:

Clears, cleans, and resets tables and booths. Maintains cleanliness of guest environment, plus cleans and stocks wares in pantry, according to company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards.

Responsibilities of the Bus Person:

• Reports to work well-groomed, in CLEAN and proper uniform and practices good personal hygiene.
• Clears, cleans, and resets tables, booths and floors around table area.
• Stocks the pantry and water station.
• Continually follows clean up procedures for dining room, restrooms, lobby, pantry, and exterior of restaurant.
• Properly uses chemicals, including cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
• Prebusses tables as needed.
• Anticipates, identifies and corrects system breakdowns to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Communicates with MOD and coworkers regarding product/service deficiencies, equipment, safety problems, etc.
