The position provides specialized skills or broad-based knowledge to the district. The HR Representative demonstrates a sustained high level of professionalism, accomplishment, discretion, and skill in organization.

The incumbent is required to have, or readily acquire knowledge of the districts organizational structure, business function, priorities, and impact within the business.

Qualifications:
Associate has level a high-level customer service relationship with all district field PRS associates. Associate has a responsibility to provide accurate and timely information

while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality. Direct contact with benefit providers, vendors and Sears associates when resolving discrepancies, interpreting policy, gathering/

sharing information, verifying data and assisting HR customers.



Responsibilities:

·Works under close supervision from, and reports to Area Human Resource Manager

·Responsible for facilitating all administrative HR functions for the district.

·Assists with administrative areas of staffing such as completing phone screens, conducting employment testing, scheduling interviews, notifying candidates of status in recruiting process, compiling and sending offer letters, completing background checks and scheduling and conducting new hire orientation.

·Create and distribute presentations, spreadsheets, documents, etc. as directed by and for AHRM.

·Workers compensation administration and case management, serves as Sedgewick point of contact.

·Enter and track all data for district HR metrics.

·Complete all I-9 and other new hire paperwork.

·Maintain and administer attendance tracking.

·Maintain database that tracks all PPIs for district, notifying supervisors of timing for next steps in process, documenting PPI discussions.

·In locations where there is not a Field Stafffing Manager, ensure all job postings are completed internally and via the BrassRing system as appropriate. Administer/maintenance of BrassRing (open, update and close postings).

·Short term disability case administration.

·FMLA administration, tracking, documentation support.

·Administer random drug screening process.

·Input and maintain HR related ISO-required items such as the training database, drivers license management, and CFC licensing management.

·Assist AHRM in handling associate relations issues

·Timekeeping responsibilities including tracking and communicating meal violations, inputting time data

·Record retention and file management
