
Sales Floor & Pickup Associate

CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS
- Enhance customer experience by providing proactive sales support assistance to customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Process customer transactions to completion, e.g., sales, returns, exchanges.
- Assist with questions on how to navigate the in-store kiosks.
- Complete required training in the expected timeframe and participate in ongoing learning opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of merchandise lines and/or other service options.
- Partner with other associates to provide superior customer service (e.g., locate merchandise, assist customers, answer phones, ring register).
- Adhere to merchandise protection standards.
- Keep sales floor and warehouse locations clean including clearing stock from the floor and clearing garbage/debris.
- Fully optimize credit, gift card and other miscellaneous income opportunities.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work a varied schedule as required by Store needs.

Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- At least one (1) year experience in retail or sales/customer service position preferred.
- Basic internet navigation and computer skill required.
- Ability to form strong partnerships and communicate well with store team members.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to stand, walk, twist, turn, bend, squat and kneel regularly.
