Chick-fil-A Manager-in-Training Job Overview

We are looking for a Manager-in-Traning! We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills that has the ability to build a team that works together, increases profits, and provides superior service.

As a Manager-in-Training, working for an independent Chick-fil-A franchisee, you'll have the following responsibilities: 

• Maintain all of the daily/weekly paperwork required by the company.
• Implement and enforce all policies and procedures established by the company.
• Personally maintain the required hours or schedule outlined by management.
• Maximize the profitability of the store by increasing sales while decreasing/maintaining costs.
• Maintain the store Compliance according to the standards of the current corporate monthly evaluation in all areas under direct control of the manager.
• Increase sales through marketing and local store promotions.
• Meet all staffing needs though effective hiring, training and scheduling of employees.
• Full control of profit and loss for the store(s).
