As a Manager-in-Training, working for an independent Chick-fil-A franchisee, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- Maintain all of the daily/weekly paperwork required by the company.
- Implement and enforce all policies and procedures established by the company.
- Personally maintain the required hours or schedule outlined by management.
- Maximize the profitability of the store by increasing sales while decreasing/maintaining costs.
- Maintain the store Compliance according to the standards of the current corporate monthly evaluation in all areas under direct control of the manager.
- Increase sales through marketing and local store promotions.
- Meet all staffing needs though effective hiring, training and scheduling of employees.
- Full control of profit and loss for the store(s).
