- Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and restocking all items brought to the dish area

Prep Room
- Prepares all food items for our buffet lines, including pizza, pasta and desserts
- Must be 18 years of age due to safety regulations
- Maintains a clean work station
Salad & Pasta Bar
- Prepares all salad bar items for the buffet
- Responsible for maintaining presentable salad/pasta bars
- Positive and Friendly interaction with customers
- Maintains a clean work station
- Minimum age 16
Line Cook
- Prepares food according to recipes to meet IPC standards
- Must enjoy working as a team
- Maintains a clean work station
