Service Trainer
The primary responsibility of a Service Trainer is to train, organize, direct and follow-up with all associates to uphold Steak n Shake policies and procedures and ensure compliance with hospitality, quality, safety and cleanliness standards. Trainers are expected to participate in the restaurant’s training program.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to retain menu item information, meet basic math and reading requirements, have the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, uphold professional working relationships with other Associates and maintain composure while under stress.
