Michaels’ Customer Experience Specialist is enthusiastic and passionate about Creativity, People and Arts and Crafts. The Customer Experience Specialist focuses primarily on the areas of customer engagement including the Front End and Sales Floor and is responsible for ensuring that an exceptional level of customer service is experienced by each customer. The Customer Service Specialist assists the Customer Experience Manager (CEM) in supervision of the Front End, Product Knowledge Training, and Store Events.
