Maintenance Technicians
Perform daily repair and maintenance work on restaurant equipment and property within assigned stores and ensure timely and accurate completion of Preventative Maintenance schedules, while providing ongoing PM training at the store level.
- Performs preventative maintenance service, emergency repair and cosmetic repair on restaurant equipment and property.
- Assist where necessary in the installation of equipment resulting from special projects (i.e. timers, waitress station, etc).
- Performs regular inspections of all assigned restaurants and reports the condition of equipment and property, as well as maintenance status.
- Assures proper maintenance of assigned van and fill out period vehicle status report.
- Maintains record of spare parts inventory and company-owned tool inventories. Provides reports as requested.
- Performs duties as required for store openings, special events, fairs and store closing program; assists in transfer, sales and/or disposal of equipment.
- Monitors and inspects all work performed by outside contractors in assigned stores.
- Maintains current service and warranty repair records and prevents unwarranted repair expenses or violation of warranties.
- Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned or required.
Job Requirements
Technical knowledge of H.V.A.C. and refrigeration, electrical repair, plumbing, along with some knowledge of carpentry and general building maintenance. Ability to maintain/repair varied types of electrical equipment.
