Michaels, the nation’s largest retailer of arts and crafts materials, is seeking Front End Supervisors who will be responsible for ensuring efficient customer service by providing prompt support to cashiers and handling check out issues as they arrive.
You will proactively ensure that customers are handled quickly and efficiently. You must be proficient in the operation of cash registers (POS systems) and customer service operations. You will be accountable for ensuring that effective training is provided to cashiers.
