Duke/Duchess Shoppes Crew Member/Sales Associate Job Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing our customers with fast, friendly service and quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. The Sales Associate supports the store management team to facilitate the completion of store level tasks and performs a variety of duties related to different areas of the store. Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following;

• Provide customers with fast, friendly, courteous, and efficient service
• Ring all sales and transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Adheres to age-restricted sale policies, laws, and procedures by requesting and verifying identification
•   Cleans all areas, using proper cleaning procedures
•   Resolves customer concerns with a sense of urgency
•   Ensure products are fresh and ready for sale
•   Promotes teamwork
