The Store Manager oversees the daily operations of the store. They are responsible for providing total customer satisfaction. Previous management experience of fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operations is desired. Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following;
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Hiring, training & development of employees
- Supervising & directing the activities of employees
- Scheduling
- Controlling expenses while maintaining stock levels & inventory
- Maximizing sales & profitability
