Co-Manager

Back-up to General Manager in all restaurant operations.
Maintain the highest standards of quality, customer service, and leadership abilities.
Exercise independent, unsupervised managerial judgment and discretion relative to the operation of the restaurant.
Employee sourcing, staffing and retention. Orientation and training, records and report operation, performance and wage reviews, execution of procedures and policies, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements: A college degree or equivalent experience in operations, and 2 months experience in the restaurant industry.
