Our growing company is currently seeking Inbound Customer Service Representatives for our Augusta, GA location, must be able to work nights and weekends.

Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver world-class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty. Will thoroughly and efficiently assess and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to ensure one call resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Areas of service and support include billing issues, trouble shooting hardware and software. Must be computer savvy and maximize effectiveness by increasing proficiency in the use in the use of all devices and applications available to the customers. Gather customer information and feedback for continuous improvement in our service, policies and procedures.
• Enthusiastically respond to inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their service plan.
• Ability to actively listen and trouble shoot all technical inquires regarding data services, media software, ports and activations.
• Make the best use of all resource tools and technology to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues.
• Demonstrate best judgment in the disbursement of credits and refunds.
• Strive for one-call resolution of customer issues.
• Meet or exceed client-based metrics.
