The Line Person’s primary responsibility is serving the guest. As one of the first Co-workers who has the opportunity to make a positive impression on the guest, the Line Person must be attentive, helpful, and pleasant in appearance and personality. The Line Person should treat all Golden Corral guests as if they were guests in his or her own home and sustain an environment that is inclusive and welcoming for all guests.
Requirements:
- Experience in foodservice preferred, but not required.
- Proof of food handler certification may be required for individuals in those applicable states.
- must have a positive, outgoing personality, and be a team player
- must enjoy dealing with the public, and be able to interact with our guests
- must be willing to work hard at a fast pace
- must be willing to learn the job expectations, and continue to learn
- should have had no more than 3 jobs in the past three years
- be willing to pass a drug screen test
- be willing to clean-as-you-go in your area, as well as clean restrooms
