Village Inn Server Job Overview

To accommodate guests' needs and requests in a courteous and timely manner.  Adhere to company standards in regards to guest relations, general restaurant cleanliness and safety procedures.

Minimum of 18 years of age to be considered for position.

  • Slip resistant shoes will be required to protect from slips and falls.
  • Elementary education and high school or GED preferred, not required
  • Well groomed
  • Must be able to work under pressure during peak periods of a shift
  • Must have good reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills. Social communication skills are required for frequent contact with guests.
  • Some food service experience is preferred.  On the job training is provided as needed.
