Title: Home Health Aide
Location: AL-Fort Payne (Northeastern Alabama)
Assists patient's with ADLs as prescribed in the physician approved plan of care under the supervision of a professional nurse. Is part of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to improve patient outcomes & increase independence. Primary functions to include personal care, range of motion, catheter care, assistance with ambulation or transferring, changing of bed linens, and straightening patient area.
Education:
* High school graduate or GED certificate
Experience:
* Six month Aide experience required, Home Health experience preferred
Licenses/Certificates:
* Certificate of Verification for attendance of Nurses Aide training
