 Hardee's is currently searching for an outstanding Assistant Manager!!

An Outstanding Assistant Manager will operate the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager. They will assist in achieving sales growth through maintaining the highest standard of quality, service, and cleanliness with constant focus on profitability.

What do we want you to do? It’s simple:

•          Interview and hire adequate staff to operate the restaurant
•          Schedule sufficient staff to accommodate guest flow
•          Train and develop crew members
•          Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew
•          Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted
•          Conduct crew and management team meetings
•          Ensure that cash procedures are adhered to
•          Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times
•          At all times, represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. as a professional in every aspect of performance
