Knowledge Beginnings Center Director Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Center Director who has high standards and believes that the care they provide is invaluable. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills establishing effective relationships with staff, parents and children. This position requires excellent leadership, organization and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- BA in Early Childhood Education preferred (related BA degree will be accepted)
- 1 or more years experience managing non-exempt employees, quality control and finances in a service industry
- Strong skills in sales and customer service
- Budget and financial accountability and revenue-generation experience preferred
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong management skills
- Ability to excel in an ambiguous and continuously changing, competitive environment
- First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to be trained
