Bayada Nurses, a highly respected international home care company, is seeking a flexible, energetic Registered Nurse with clinical leadership and high-tech pediatric nursing experience to fill the position of Clinical Manager in our Toms River, New Jersey office. The successful candidate must be a Registered Nurse with solid pediatric ventilator and tracheotomy experience as well as demonstrated clinical and managerial success. We are looking for a leader who aspires to grow professionally and eventually assume more responsibility as a clinical leader for Bayada Nurses. The Registered Nurse Clinical Manager has responsibility to visit pediatric clients in Ocean County, perform assessments, develop care plans, supervise field staff on a regular basis and coordinate care with referral sources, physicians and other professionals.
