Seasonal Associates

We currently have openings for Part-Time Seasonal Associates in our local studio.

The Seasonal Associate delivers The Picture People Promise every day, by providing each of our customers exceptional customer service, a professional photography session and presenting/selling an exceptional product during peak periods.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs during the portrait session
  • Capture lifetime memories with high quality unique portraits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Digtial image editing and framing
  • Drive sales to meet studio goals
  • Ensure data integrity of customer informationand orders
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and employees
The Picture People is a specialty portrait studio focused on creating memories. By producing professional, creative and fun portraits and one-of-a-kind gifts that highlight what makes each family member unique, we've changed the face of portraits across America. We have over 170 studios located across the nation, and we are always looking for highly qualified candidates to come work with us.

Job requirements

Minimum Age
18+ years old
Additional

Qualifications:

•      Available to work a flexible schedule, including Friday after Thanksgiving and  Christmas Eve

•      Passion for learning portrait photography (experience or schooling a plus but not required)

•      Experience in the service industry (i.e. retail, tourism, hospitality, and restaurant)

•      Highly competent and articulate

•      Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

•      Able to demonstrate composure under pressure and in a fast paced environment

•      High energy and enthusiastic

•      Excellent communication and organization skills

•      Works well with children and adults

•      Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

These skills and abilities are typically acquired through completion of a high school diploma.  At least 6 months specialty retail sales and service experience
