Title: Dialysis Patient Care Technician - Columbia University Dialysis Center ( New York - NY )
Location: New York-New City

Currently in New York, teammates working at DaVita-affiliated facilities work on the cutting edge of nephrology patient care.
You'll play an important role in the lives of patients and their families. As part of our professional team of clinicians, you will be responsible for measuring and recording stats, patient observations, machine set up and other duties to ensure the compassionate, professional delivery of outpatient dialysis services.

Some details about this position:
* Dialysis training OR clinical dialysis experience REQUIRED
* Start time 5am. Clinic closes at 9-9:30pm
* 3 Days per week, 12-15 hour shifts per day.
* Rotating Saturdays

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and current CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of employment). Prior dialysis training, dialysis certification OR clinical dialysis experience required. New teammates will be required to pass a certification exam within 18 months of being hired or April, 2010, depending on the level of experience, which includes providing proof of a GED or high school diploma.
