Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Energetic Focused Leader
• Must perform open and closing procedures
• Must ensure product standards are met and provide excellent customer service
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Assist in the development, supervision and monitoring of all associate
• Assist the GM in hiring, training, evaluating and disciplining associates
