Commercial Delivery Driver
Advance Auto Parts is a Fortune 500 company with over 75 years as an aftermarket automotive retailer.
We are currently interviewing for a Commercial Delivery Driver to support our rapidly growing Company. You will be joining a successful Sales team that is well trained, motivated, and focused on providing a Superior Customer Experience.
- Must possess a High School diploma and/ or GED
- Must be able to provide a copy of their driving record for pre-employment purposes.
- Must be well mannered, neat in appearance and posses the ability to meet and deal with the public in an unbiased manner.
- Must submit to pre-employment drug testing (November 1, 1994) in accordance with the appropriate state provisions.
Major Responsibilities
- Must complete all required training manuals/ materials.
- Must attend all scheduled/ required Company meetings.
- Must consistently assist customers in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner.
- Must have an understanding of warranties and core policies.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safe operation of all PDQ and Commercial Delivery vehicles, this person must maintain on a daily and weekly basis the appearance, the maintenance and the safe operation of each vehicle.
- Must set a professional example in the operation and insist on good service, good business practices, and safe equipment handling and quick delivery.
- Must insure that all accounts are handled properly and professionally
- Must perform such other duties as assigned by Store Management.
